• We deliver all over the world at a reasonable rate and offer free delivery if you spend £30.00 and over in the UK and £125.00 for all International orders. 
• All other parcels are charged via weight and will show up at the checkout page. We charge this at cost.                                       

FAQ's

How long from ordering are my purchases dispatched ?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours subject to stock availability. Please note that we have a high turnaround on some stock items due to also having a bricks and mortar shop. We aim to telephone first should your item be out of stock so please make sure you provide a contact number on your order form, failing that we will send you an email usually within 2 working days of your order.

We send out parcels Tuesday to Friday. 

When will my parcel be delivered?

Once we hand over your parcel to Royal Mail they expect your parcel to arrive via 1st class in 1-2 days and 2nd class between 2-3 days. European Airmail is usually within 3 days and International parcels up to 5 working days.

What happens if my parcel goes missing ?

If you think your parcel is delayed please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office as they will hold on to parcels for up to 2 weeks before returning to sender. If you have not received your parcel after 14 working days we can send a replacement please give us a ring on 01547 529111

Should your parcel be returned 'not called for' (ie the postal service has tried to deliver) or an address error, we can arrange re-delivery at a cost to you. Should you no longer require your order we can organise a refund.

How do I qualify for Free Delivery

We currently offer a free 2nd class delivery for the Uk if you spend £30.00 or more and International delivery is free for orders over £125.00. We reserve the right to end this discount at any time.
