FAQ's

How long from ordering are my purchases dispatched ?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours subject to stock availability. Please note that we have a high turnaround on some stock items due to also having a bricks and mortar shop. We aim to telephone first should your item be out of stock so please make sure you provide a contact number on your order form, failing that we will send you an email.

We send out parcels Monday to Friday. 

When will my parcel be delivered?

Once we hand over your parcel to Royal Mail they expect your parcel to arrive via 1st class in 1-2 days and 2nd class between 2-3 days.  

What happens if my parcel goes missing ?

If you think your parcel is delayed please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office as they will hold on to parcels for up to 2 weeks before returning to sender. If you have not received your parcel after 14 working days we can send a replacement please give us a ring on 01547 529111
