Making a purchase
Ordering with us couldn’t be simpler.

• Browse the online catologue
• Click on items you wish to purchase
• Go to the shopping cart in the top right corner
• Edit numbers required
• Then press check out.
  

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron and American Express.

We now offer a secure payment system by Barclaycard Business where you will be transferred direct to Barclaycard's secure server. We are also introducing the card authentication system.

You can also pay securely via Paypal - please note you don't need to have a payal account. We can also send you Paypal invoices via email should you prefer.

You can also pay be Cheque, Postal Order, Please note orders will be sent out once cheques and Postal orders have cleared.

We happily accept telephone orders, ring Lisa or Diana and we can help.

We can also take card payments over the phone.

Please note payment is taken at time of order.

Dispatch

All Items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours of order and delivered via Royal Mail this usually takes between 2-3 days however please allow up to 14 days within busy periods. We also offer the option for recorded delivery should you want your item next day. 

Where an item is out of stock you will be contacted within 7 working days and offered your choice of a full refund or alternative or a date for delivery, please note some of our items are sourced from the USA and Australia so may take longer but you will be advised of by email or phone.

Returns Policy
You have a right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase of within seven days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the EU distance selling directive which came in to force in October 2000 and is part of UK Laws for consumer protection.

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us asap and providing the unwanted goods are received back to us in an unused, unopened and resalable condition within seven days then a refund will be made directly on to your card.
Orders paid for by other means will be refunded by cheque.

You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and return the goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be acceptance of proof of delivery. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and name and address.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Photographs on the website
We have taken great care to present our yarns and accessories in digital form to give you as good as possible view of what you are buying. Further photos, samples can be posted should you wish further information.
