Making a purchase
Ordering with us couldn’t be simpler, just browse the online catologue, click on items you wish to purchase, after you have finished go to shopping cart in the top right corner, here you can edit numbers required, then press check out.

Payment
You can pay securely with your card using our secure server with a 128bit encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and American Express, at no time are your card details held in clear text making payment totally secure.
Orders can be paid for online or if you wish can be taken by phone or fax, just ring 01547 529111 and Lisa or Diana will be happy to help you.
You can also pay be Cheque, Postal Order, Paypal just place your order and follow instructions. Please note orders will be sent out once cheques have cleared.

Delivery Schedule
All Items in stock will be posted within 24 hours of order and delivered to via Royal Mail which usually takes between 2-4 days however please allow up to 14 days within busy periods. We also offer the option for recorded delivery should you want your item next day. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit once dispatched.
Out of the UK please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery.

Where an item is out of stock you will be contacted within 7 working days and offered your choice of a full refund or a firm date for delivery, please note some of our items are sourced from the USA and Australia so may take longer but you will be advised of by email or phone.

Returns Policy
You have a right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase of within seven days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the EU distance selling directive which came in to force in October 2000 and is part of UK Laws for consumer protection.

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us asap and providing the unwanted goods are received back to us in an unused, unopened and resalable condition within seven days then a refund will be made directly on to your card.
Orders paid for by other means will be refunded by cheque.

You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and return the goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be acceptance of proof of delivery. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and name and address.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Photographs on the website
We have taken great care to present our yarns and accessories in digital form to give you as good as possible view of what you are buying. Further photos, samples can be posted should you wish further information.

All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. Cookies are used on this site but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

Delivery Charges
Free Delivery when you spend £10 and over qualifies for free 2nd class delivery via Royal Mail, please note some heavier items will come via 1st class (bonus !) We also offer a signed for £2.65 if you would prefer a secure, insured delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

International Delivery - We are more than happy to accept International orders, for all countries where shipping is not listed please email us for a shipping price. first4yarns@btinternet.com. All items are weighed and charged at cost, via Royal Mail.
